What is this product?

The Lemvi Multi-Strategy AMC is an actively managed certificate that gives investors access to a broadly diversified, multi-strategy investment approach — combining value-oriented equity selection, directional global macro trades, and private equity — managed by Lemvi S.A., a FINMA-licensed portfolio manager supervised by SO-FIT in Geneva.

How does it work?

The certificate tracks a notional reference portfolio managed by Lemvi S.A., whose Strategy-Level is calculated daily as the aggregate value of all portfolio positions converted to CHF. As an open-end structure with no fixed maturity, the certificate runs indefinitely until either the issuer exercises its termination right or an investor requests redemption. At redemption, the certificate settles in cash at the prevailing Strategy-Level on the relevant valuation date.

What is the underlying asset?

The underlying is a broadly diversified, actively managed reference portfolio with a mandate spanning equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, alternatives, private equity, and cash. Lemvi S.A. pursues two primary investment approaches in parallel: a value-oriented equity strategy — selecting companies perceived to trade below their intrinsic worth — and directional global macro trades implemented through instruments such as futures, calendar spreads, and options. Private equity positions may also be included, extending the strategy’s reach beyond publicly traded markets into less liquid, higher-conviction investments. Multi-strategy investing appeals to institutional allocators seeking returns that are less dependent on any single market direction. By combining relatively uncorrelated return streams — value equity, global macro, and private equity — within a single certificate structure, the approach aims to smooth performance across different market environments. Lemvi S.A. was established in 2010 and brings both discretionary and systematic capabilities to this broad mandate across asset classes.

Who is behind it?

The certificate is managed by Lemvi S.A., a Geneva-based portfolio manager licensed by FINMA and supervised by SO-FIT, which is responsible for selecting, adjusting, and rebalancing the reference portfolio. The certificate is issued by Investo PCC Ltd, a Guernsey-incorporated protected cell company, with ISP Securities AG (Switzerland) acting as paying agent and custodian. GenTwo AG provides the platform infrastructure through which the AMC is structured and made accessible to investors.

What kind of instrument is this?

An Actively Managed Certificate (AMC) is a structured product where the issuer actively selects, adjusts, and rebalances the underlying assets based on market conditions and strategy. Investors gain exposure to this managed portfolio through a certificate rather than owning the underlying assets directly.
